Our outdoor specific courses has been developed to meet the needs of those who work and play in the great British countryside and may find themselves far from help for extended periods.

In addition to our own courses Simon Whitmore is a member of the Expedition Care Program Faculty developed by the Lifesigns Group see www.lifesignsgroup.co.uk

This eight hour course is aimed at those people who need to undertake basic first aid training and is ideal for the Level 3 Award in Basic Expedition Leadership. This course is equivalent to the HSE’s Emergency First Aid at Work. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Download a sample programme here

FAST Outdoors - one day

This sixteen hour course is aimed at those people working and playing in the great British outdoors; it exceeds the requirements of the HSE for the Emergency First Aid at Work and is recognised by many NGB’s including the MLTE.  NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.  Download a sample programme here
